Polyester long fiber high-strength wire
Sewing thread is divided into heavy duty sewing thread, heavy duty embroidery thread, industrial thread, etc., and the common classification is divided into three categories according to raw materials: natural fiber sewing thread, synthetic fiber sewing thread and mixed sewing thread.
Polyester staple fiber sewing thread: Made from 100% polyamine polyester staple fiber, it has high strength, good elasticity, wear resistance, low shrinkage rate and good chemical stability. The surface has hair silk, temperature resistance of 130 degrees, high-temperature dyeing.
Polyester material is the most resistant to friction, dry cleaning, stone washing, bleaching and other detergents among all materials. Its low elongation and expansion rate, flexibility, adhesion, full color, good color fastness and other characteristics ensure excellent sewability, and prevent wrinkles and jumping needles. It is mainly used for the industrial sewing of jeans, sportswear, leather products, wool and military uniforms. It is the most widely used and popular sewing thread at present.
Staple fiber sewing thread is usually expressed in the way of yarn count/thread number, such as 20S/2, 20S/3, 20S/4, 30S/3, 30S/2, 40S/2, 40S/3, 50S/2, 50S/3 60S/2, 60S/3, etc
Polyester LONG FIBER high strength sewing thread: THE polyester filament with high strength and low extension (100% polyester polyester) is manufactured as raw material, with high strength, bright color, smooth, acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high oil rate, but poor wear resistance, harder than nylon wire, burning will give off black smoke.
The length of sewing thread is usually expressed in the way of "Daniel/number", such as 150D/2, 210D/3, 250D/4, 300D/3, 420D/2, 630D/2, 840D/3, etc. Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other countries and regions are usually used 60#,40#,30# and other designations to indicate the thickness, the general value table is large, the thinner the line, the smaller the strength.
Cotton sewing thread: Sewing thread made of natural cotton fiber through refining, bleaching, sizing, waxing and other links. Cotton sewing thread can be divided into non-light (or soft thread), mercerized thread and wax light. Cotton sewing thread has high strength, good heat resistance, suitable for high-speed sewing and durable pressing. It is mainly used for sewing cotton fabric, leather and high-temperature ironing clothes. The disadvantage is poor elasticity and wear resistance.
Silk thread: A long silk thread or silk thread made of natural silk. It has excellent luster and is superior to cotton thread in strength, elasticity and wear resistance. Suitable for sewing all kinds of silk clothing, high-grade woollen clothing, fur and leather clothing.
Polyester/cotton sewing thread: Made of 65% polyester and 35% cotton blended, it has the advantages of both polyester and cotton, with high strength, abrasion resistance, heat resistance and good shrinkage rate. It is mainly used for high-speed sewing of cotton, polyester/cotton and other garments.
Cotton wrap polyester sewing thread: high-performance polyester filament thread and cotton, spun by special cotton spinning process, with filament dry, smooth, less hair, stretch and shrink, with the characteristics of cotton.
Polyester wrap polyester sewing thread: Made of high-performance polyester filament and polyester staple fiber, spun by special cotton spinning process, with filament dry, smooth, less hair, stretch and shrink, better than polyester sewing thread of the same specification.
